Rather than opening and changing the preset preferences each time to save in the selected/user folder, these settings could be easily accessible in the save button context menu which is prime real estate used by infrequently used settings.

I don't think I've ever changed the preset format, but I'm constantly switching between the Current Folder when I want to overwrite a preset after minimal changes, and User when it's more heavily modified or I want an easy to find copy.
In the latter case I don't want the browser to switch to the User folder then have to navigate back, and when I'm explicitly trying to overwrite a preset the save preset/overwrite dialogs are both unnecessary.
Options like these in the save menu would really improve the workflow (modifier keys when clicking save could also work.) Image may be NSFW.
