It's a waste of time getting upset at Bitwig over this. MSIX is the recommended app for distribution for Arm Windows packages. Everyone will be using it sooner or later, as it's fairly obvious where the future of chip development is heading.

I'd read this all as Bitwig being on the ball when it comes to developing an Arm-native version.

Not really true, arm is better for mobile, cisc
chips are better for complex computing, like
gaming and calculation intense applications.
This will be the case for some time to come,
arm is cheaper to produce, and better for mobile due to power efficiency. They are not
really better per se.
