Does ISW allow resale?$50 seems like a bit much for me personally so I would probably wait to buy a second hand license but it sounds amazing and great work!
Plogue has an SPC delay in chipcrusher, and you can enable or disable the various other effects with it. Combine with a schroeder reverb (e.g. BYOME "lo-fi-reverb", m4l, reaktor, etc.), and on paper you're approaching the ballpark of the PSX ... less all the presets. That's what I would throw up for comparison, were I testing this, which I might one day, but presently in cull mode on third-party delays and reverbs.
