Go to the Tracktion website and sign in. Go to the option MyDownloads and download the items you want to update. Any you download, double click the downloaded file. Possibly best to do this with Waveform closed down. When you're done, reopen Waveform. The Download Manager should have updated itself and you may need to scan for new plugins.
