On my machine I have a serious, serious bug. I’m still trying to fix it myself, or hoping to find someone who experienced the same and already found the solution, before I give up and ask support.
For some reason I have a time-out to use Morph 3 in my Cubase on my Windows 10 64bit. After a certain time, something like 7 minutes, the graphic elements of the plugin go crazy. Everything becomes unclickable, and most parts of the graphics disappear one after one. You’re basically left with a background pic.
And what is the most annoying is that Cubase becomes totally broken after that. Any menu is either black or white or empty, and nearly no text exists anywhere.
Your only option is to close Cubase, and there’s no way to save your project in any way. If you try Ctrl+S, you’ll be asked if you want to replace the existing file, and you can’t in any way click (or hit "enter") in the empty box that’s here instead.
I’ve tried everything : VST2 and 3, Cubase (from 8 to 13) and Reaper, I’ve waited for many updates for my graphic card, I’ve fixed any Windows errors and disks errors, I’ve removed some Windows updates and installed the newer ones, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything Zynaptiq-related, NO CHANGE in any way, always a few minutes before the final breakdown. Of course, this happens only with Morph 3 and no other plugin in the world.
A couple of notes : Cubase keeps on "working" after this glitch, sound keeps on playing. Even if broken, Morph 3 keeps on processing the sound, you just can’t modify anything anywhere in Cubase : you’re free to move your mouse wherever you want, there’s nothing to find in any menu.
For some reason this didn’t happen "at the beginning". Morph3 was working flawlessly until in wasn’t anymore. And I have no clue what triggered this.
As it’s happening everytime after a while, it almost looks like a zombie-mode timebomb : this is freakin’ creepy when you have no idea why it’s happening to you...
Nobody ever experienced this here ? Any idea, tip ? Thanks in advance.
