u-he • the newest version of DIVA crashes cubase 13 Pro (Mac)

I just installed Diva 1.4.7. Started my Cubase 13 and noticed the Diva was in Black list. When tried to revalidate - got crash.

Mac Studio M2 Sonoma 14.6.1

Would appreciate any idea on how to get around this disaster.
