Not sure if anyone has added this synth to this thread before:
Oberheim Matrix 12, and Xpander (6 voice desktop version)
You set the Oberheim in Multi mode, load the same preset across all channels, with different MIDI channel, and the Linnstrument to have 1 note per channel
On the Oberheim, build a patch(es) mapping CCs from the Linnstrument to various parameters
You can also load different presets for each channel, and have interesting, more randomized results
