The 16n Faderbank is pretty good bang for back. I think I paid about £200 for mine and you get 16 decent sized faders and mine can output both CV and MIDI values (The AtoV version). Best of all it is 0HP!
Yeah, it's great. I have the Tesseract Sweet Sixteen, which is Eurorack format but it has inputs as well as outputs... so it'll convert CV to MIDI CC, and you can use it for extra attenuators. I use it all the time to control mix levels in Bitwig, among other things.
