I was just about to mention Smack Attack myself. I love the customisability of it, but it's also simple and straightforward enough.Waves SmackAttack is by far my favourite for drums, its sounds pretty massive and has some versatile Features. Also DS-10 is a nice shaper but not as good as smackattack.
Then there is the old SPL Transient Designer which is even simpler and good for more bold transients. Opposing that is Elysia nvelop which is good for more fine transients. Then there is iZotope's Transient Shaper which is multband and offers a lot of flexibility.
They're all great it just comes down to speed vs flexibility, depending on your need at that moment.
