As far as I can see, it doesn't seem to split the segments into alignment with the DAW BPM? I mean when you hit the "time randomize" button. I had still expected each of the newly randomized segments to be aligned with the BPM. Maybe itdepends on the structure of the sample that you import?
This is on a Windows 11 machine in Reaper.
